After graduating from high school she becames a student of Art and Design, attending Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, Medellín, Colombia; Ceramic and Art History, attending Academia Superior de Arte, Medellín, Colombia; and Textile Print, attending Atelier Litza Bain, París, France. She has over five years of Art Education acquired in South America and Europe. She’s also studied with David Manzur who is one of the most renowned Colombian artists in recent history.
Her original art can be found in private and public collections throughout the world such as England, Colombia, Venezuela, Chile, Canada and the United States as a part of a fine art collection at the Dow Chemical Hemlock Semiconductor Global Headquarters in Hemlock, Michigan. She has participated in exhibitions in China, South America and the United States including Washington D.C., Los Angeles, Houston and Miami.

Colombian by birth, resid with my husband in Michigan, where I paint full time and teach oil painting.

About my artwork

My abstract paintings talks about the dialogues based on the relation between reality and internal world. I love color and use its symbolisms to express more than the emotional ideas. The depth appreciation can give to the observer a wonderful response.
I use a variety of mediums such as oil, acrylic and watercolor, but my first love is working with oil. For over nineteen years I taught students young and old, who wanted to learn how to paint from the “Soul”.
